RU OK? Canada Bay

The City of Canada Bay Council is sponsoring RU OK? Day events at Concord High School and in our local community, and we’re so excited!
We’re excited to reach more than 10,000 residents because Concord High School is a resource for ten community groups that access the school, 1,300 students and their families and 100+ staff and their families. We’ll reach many local residents delivering the following activities and events
  • Bunting on Crane and Stanley Streets to create awareness and encourage residents to start a conversation
  • Cafe packs for our hospitality workers
  • Merchandise for Concord Men’s Shed
  • Footballs, basketballs and netballs for local community groups to use at the school
We’re seeking volunteers on 8 September to help with the following activities
  • Securing RU OK? bunting to the school’s Stanley and Crane Street fences (early morning)
  • Handing out RU OK? packs with coffee cups, napkins, posters and aprons to local cafes

R U OK? inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the  people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life.
